The Village Church of Northbrook

The Village Church is hosting the 70th annual Pancake Festival on Saturday, March 7, from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. It’s a ton of fun! Come for entertainment, giveaways and all-you-can-eat pancakes. Proceeds support Erika’s Lighthouse and other area organizations.

Would you like to find out what it means to be part of the Village Church and how to become a member? Pastor Spencer will lead a New Member Class on Sunday March 15th from 12:30-2:30pm in the Fireside Room. Lunch will be provided and childcare is available upon request.

Our Discover Village Church Lunch is a great way to learn about the Village Church. They provide an opportunity to meet some of the leaders of our church in a casual environment while enjoying a meal together.

This year, the Discipleship Ministry Team is offering two meaningful options to guide you through the season. A Season of Prayer, written by Pastor Greg, is a daily devotional to support your personal prayer life throughout Lent. Ever Approaching Dawn offers a short weekly reflection to help frame each week as we journey toward Easter. We encourage you to pick one up and deepen your walk with Christ this Lenten season.

This five-week Lenten Dinner Series builds on the Prayer Course, exploring honest and challenging questions about prayer through the book God on Mute: Engaging the Silence of Unanswered Prayer. Each week includes a shared dinner at 4:30 p.m. in Westminster Hall, followed by video teaching, group discussion, and prayer.

Join us for a transformative weekly Bible study through Live Free: A Study of Galatians by Elizabeth Woodson. Together, we’ll explore Paul’s letter to the Galatians and discover what it truly means to live in the freedom Christ has given us—not bound by performance, shame, or striving, but rooted in grace.
